Tundra 4hi blinking

Brought the truck to the dealership this morning. Noticed as I backed up a little the 4HI flashing went away, may have been because I trying switching in 4WD the night before. So back to the original CEL with VSC and 4LO flashing. Dealer just called and confirmed they were changing the AIP's.

Same problem here: 2007 Tundra VSC OFF, 4HI flashing. To cut to the chase, I opened up the center 4wd actuator top black plastic cover (5 screws) and found rust and other corrosion. Cleaned up the corrosion, sprayed everything down including connectors with electric connector cleaner spray and bingo it all worked.Hey my 4hi light flashes when in 2wd but when in 4hi it's stays on. Make sure your steering is straight, your in neutral, if not try rocking the truck back and forth. Maybe get it on a slight hill and coast slowly in neutral with the wheels straight, if it is flashing it is either trying to engage or dis-engage. When I turn the 4wd knob from 2hi to 4hi nothing happens... no blinking light, no noise, nothing on dash, absolutely nothing. Until the condition is corrected and the ECU reset the light just keeps flashing.
