Why am i so lazy - So a big part of my treatment was learning to recognize when I am avoiding Big Scary Things versus when I am just absent-minded. I have built pretty good systems to keep track of things, so nowadays when I’m not getting things done it’s usually bc I’m anxious about them and I’m so pro at avoiding that discomfort I don’t even realize I’m doing it.
