I got my Simplisafe yesterday. I have enabled the notification alert trigger but I only received push notifications when I use the panic button. There's no push notification when the entry sensor or motion sensor is triggered. I have uninstall and reinstall the app with same result. 😞 I'm use the app version 4.13.0.10605. As for that persistent 'open' signal: it helps to know that the Entry Sensor works by detecting the magnet - the smaller piece. When the two pieces are within 2" of each other, the sensor registers as "closed". You might get a constant 'open' signal if the two pieces are too far from each other, so the sensor is not able to detect the magnet.
