If that is the issue, as I recall, the shift pad will flash. But, 700 RPM sounds like that is not the issue. Also, have you checked for DIAGNOSTIC CODES using the Allison shift pad.we just got into a 2019 cascadia abt 2.5 mos ago, has almost 380k. no issues until this morning. usually idle over night, but sat down to put shoes on in driver seat and a lot of messages (cpc not configured, shift to neutral, start blocked, etc) and guages bouncing.
